Okay, I am officially disgusted about this. Apparently Jessica was brought here illegally into the country by her parents when she was 11 years old (now 21). She was pulled over for a traffic violation and did not have a valid driver's license. She didn't have a registered vehicle, license, car insurance and she gave a false address to the police. To top it all off, the tax payers are paying for her schooling at Kennesaw State University in GA.
Kid you not. She is here illegally and even her attorney claims she hasn't broken any laws. Let's see how many we can count off the top of my head.
1- Lied about her address = fraud/falsified information
2- Driving without a license
3- Driving without insurance
4- Driving an unregistered vehicle
5- Original traffic violation
6- Stealing federal money to pay for her college
7- She's illegal (meaning no citzenship, work visa or school visa...in fact she doesn't even have a valid passport)

There were a few comments on the CNN messageboard about how technically we are all illegals since we invaded over 400 years ago and only the Indians own this land. Okay sure, I'll bite. Quite honestly, I have no idea why people keep mentioning things from like 200 yrs old. This is not then, and now we have laws about this sort of thing. You can argue until you are blue in the face that it "didn't used to be like this back then", but in the end my kid couldn't drink from a real cup 2 years ago either. Does that mean I shouldn't let her keep drinking from one? Things change, laws change.
America's founding fathers didn't expect this entire huge nation to become overpopulated. We've had legalization for decades and apparently people are still not following the laws. Claiming that 200 yrs ago is the same as today is seriously laughable. Sorry, but these people jump fences illegally, steal jobs illegally, obviously steal college classes illegally, kill people illegally, and drive illegally. In the end, there are a LOT of ways to become a legal citizen. She just didn't do any of them and is now doing a pity party.
There are people even claiming this racist! LOL Of all things, racist? She broke 7 laws, at least, and we rewarded her with letting her stay at least another year to finish her college. Gee, I wish I could be illegal so I could keep getting free hand-outs like that!
In the end it doesn't even come down to her color/nationality. It comes down to the fact that she had more then enough time to make this complete legal and if she REALLY wanted to have an American Dream...then she would have done something about it before now. Talk about waiting until you get caught to come up with lame ass excuses.
I'm too scared to even look up what traffic violation she had to get her pulled over for. Imagine what she could have done! What if she ran over YOUR kid? All the liberals would be up in arms over THAT. Amazing how many stupid people are standing up for this spoiled bitch. She's not a kid anymore and had a responsibility to get this done BEFORE she got caught. (Which is how most of them are caught - doing shit that is illegal!) Way to act like you should be treated fairly. Here's an idea: I'll treat you fairly when you get your documentation. Otherwise, get the fuck out.
Build a bigger fence! We have illegals here that break the law all the time, and even poor little Jessica is laughing in our faces! Deport them, build a huge wall, and kick them out if they come back again.

Terrible Parents
As I've said before, we moved into our new house. A few of our neighbors are decent and ex-military, but some of them are a fucking waste of air. I really, really hate IGNORANT parents. Fuck, let's just call them breeders. There should be a test or license you have to get in order to procreate because half of my block would fail even a stupidity test.
First day we moved in there was a kid outside her house crying hysterically and no one was helping her. Being the person I am, I couldn't leave her like that. So, I walked over and asked her what was wrong...here's where it gets fucked up.
Apparently the little girl had just gotten off the bus from school and no one was home. When I asked her where her mother or father was, she said her mother was at "so-and-so's" house (I forget the name, I was too shocked to even say anything). I asked her if she knew how to get there or what her mom's phone number was. Apparently not.
She spent about 2 hours with me helping me weed the garden and fooling around on our playset outside. Then I said enough was enough (in my head) and started ringing doorbells. I rang about 6 (some were home but didn't answer - nice neighbors! - still haven't met the ones to the left of us), before someone finally opened the door. It was the little girl's across the street neighbor. He seemed like a nice guy and offered to watch her until her mother gets back. Even called her, but she still didn't show uup for at least 5 hours. (Can only imagine what would of happened if he was a pedophile.)
Yeah, so some bitch decided to have a kid and completely ditch it. I'm sorry, my kids are starting school this September. I would NEVER forget my kid like that (fuck I'm just worried that they might put another kid in a chokehold...after all the news stories about bullying etc). That's fucking disgusting. She didn't even come home until about 6pm, over 5 hours after the little girl got home. I watched to see when she would come and get her kid (was outside and bored while weeding anyways). What a fucking waste of space.
Listen. If you are going to have kids, then take care of them right. Otherwise you should be fucking shot or at least fixed like the cunt you are. You're a fucking waste of space and should be fucking killed if you do anything terrible to a kid, even neglecting them. I should have called 911 just so she gets in fucking trouble for it. You do NOT treat a CHILD like they are worthless and FORGET about them!
Oh and guess what. I went for a walk with my husband and kids, apparently neglectful bitch is a gossip-whore. She was standing on the sidewalk gossiping with the man that watched her daughter about...guess what...US. Yes. Us. They wouldn't even move off the sidewalk so we could push our stroller, had to go through mud. Talk about some fucking waste of space. They thought we couldn't hear them, but we did. Oh, I have ears like a fucking hawk. I DARE you to say shit like that to my face.
What was she saying you ask? Oh apparently they know we are military and think my husband is a baby killer. LOL This is coming from the bitch that decided to get drunk and dump her kid outside in the cold (it was starting to snow, seems to be snowing a lot). What a fucking psycho.

Taxes
I feel like the IRS is full of morons. We recently bought our first house with our VA loan, and are supposed to get the full $8,000 tax refund for it along with our normal taxes. We filed the first week of February (certified mail, they received it Feb. 3rd), so we expected maybe middle of April to get our refund (gave them more time then usual, usually takes about 2 weeks online).
Well, apparently not! It is not the middle of MAY and still no taxes back. We have called them numerous times and apparently they are all retarded there. First time we called apparently we didn't know our own address. We gave them the appartment address that we lived in before, and then we gave them our new address (which was filed on our taxes - duh!)...but apparently we lived somewhere else in this state that we don't know about. The IRS apparently knows where we lived better then we do. Fucking idiots.
So after we cleared that up with that moron, we called back the next day to try to speak to someone with at least 2 brain cells. We struck gold. I don't recall her name, but she was fucking awesome and did her job like she's supposed to do. Apparently the reason for the hold up is because we didn't sign one sheet of paper in all of that paperwork we sent (uh, no we signed it all and had EVERY page notorized - but we did fax back the signed paper and notorized it again jic). We think they were just trying to buy more time to get their heads out of their asses.
So after she changed our address and wrote a note in our file that whoever wrote that down was a fucking moron - she told us our tax due date is now May 15th. WHAT?! Yes, that was my fucking reaction. My hubby, who is a saint with tons of paitence, freaked the hell out. He said that we've been waiting well over 2 months already, and now you want us to wait till 3 or 4 months pass??? Yes, apparently they do.
Now that the 15th is coming up, we are very anxious for our money. Half the year has gone by already. We decided that if we don't have our money by Monday, May 17th, that we are going to call a tax advocate (or my aunt who is a district attorney). Apparently we couldn't use one before because of the "new" deadline that has changed about 6 times.
Half the year has gone by already and we still don't have our money. We can still pay our bills off, we just want our money. After this, I'm tempted to stop paying our taxes. Illegal, I know, but what the fuck is with all this hassle? We've never had this problem before.
Besides the fact that this was a great solution to fix the housing market, a lot of buyers are actually going through the same problem we are. How the hell are we all going to handle universal healthcare (etc) if the government can't even do our fucking taxes right? Shouldn't they be fixing things that are already broke?
I mean, seriously, why the fuck do we have this long of a delay? We're owed over $15,000. That is too much money to sit there and go "hey, you're gonna wait 3 years to get it". I'm sorry, but you don't do that shit and when someone fucks with people's money they get NASTY.
They need to take a serious look at all the fucking morons that work for the IRS and fire their asses for doing this shit to people. There are people out there have waited 2 years for their taxes, and are still having problems. What a fucking joke!
I know that when you file for taxes that you really shouldn't expect that money too soon. I know that. But going on what? 4-5 months? Half the year gone already, what the fuck have they been doing? It is a VERY good thing that we decided NOT to rely on our taxes getting back on time.
We actually saw this coming before we even filed and stocked up our savings just in case we came across some bill we accidentally forget to pay. Guess what. Around tax time T-Mobile closes all accounts that have been cancelled and sells them to debt collectors. We only have like $100.00 on it, but shit that's stupid especially since we were paying them. Good thing we know how those people work. We made sure we could pay off our debts without the taxes.
But that doesn't mean we are better then anyone else. That means that quite honestly, you can't rely on the government. Some people REALLY need their taxes. I want MY money! I don't think that it's fucking right the way shit is going down. Do these morons even realize that some people relied on getting their taxes in at least 2 months, and without it they are sinking even worse.
This is making this depression even worse. Imagine if you were a single mother and filed your taxes, hoping to use that money for rent. You'd be fucked and that's how I fucking feel right now.
