I got a call this morning on my cellphone at 8:35am. This is illegal for three reasons. Their number is 516-953-1168.
1- It was before 9am
2- I'm on the national do not call list
3- Their business phone line is supposed to be a 1-800 or 1-888 number. According to federal law, you cannot require customers (prospective or not) to call you back in regards to ANYTHING as a business without one of those two numbers. This is obviously NOT a free phone number.
I got the call, they didn't leave a message and hung up after 2 rings. It wasn't my cellphone, but my husband's. Naturally wondering who the fuck would call MY house that early and wake up my kids, I called back. A ghetto kid answered. I asked why they called my cellphone, he pretends like he can't hear me and hangs up.
So, I mulled over it a bit. I got instantly angrier. I now have two kids awake, and this jackass could hear me perfectly fine (I could hear myself through his speakers). I called back. Sat on hold for about 45minutes, getting madder and madder.
Almost same exact voice, same exact kid. Ghetto speaking, sounds like he doesn't even have a license. Pretty much a young piece of shit that hung up on me earlier. He asks for my name this time. (??) I tell him it's none of his business, and then ask why he's calling my phone at 8am. No response. I tell him off and tell him to get a license (I know, off the wall). I tell him he's lucky I'm not shutting down his company after what he did since I'm an attorney. (I stopped working for the kiddlings) That he broke 3 federal laws and never to call my number again.
You know what he says? "God bless you too". Not you little fucking twat, apparently you don't understand. I have two kids screaming now because you fucking had the nerve to call my number when you're not supposed to. So, I rail into him more. He keeps repeating "God bless you". So I lose it. I say, if God wanted to bless me he wouldn't of put assholes like you on this planet. You don't call someone's house this early, especially if you don't know them and if you're running a shit business - you DEFINATELY don't break any laws!!
So, I hang up. Do some digging. Apparently, this is a scam. They are looking for personal information in order to scam you. It's based in Florida, and the Attorney General has caught wind of it already. So, if you get these calls too - file a complaint!

I've gotten two calls from this company on my cell phone. When I try to call back, the line is busy. I don't owe anyone anything so Idon't know why they are calling.
My husband and I have 1 technical credit card. It is a military star card, and we pay everything else either with our debit cards or with cash. Aside from that we have a mortage, and an suv that was fully paid off even before I posted this.
What we did was added ALL of our numbers onto the do not call list, even our cellphones. When they started calling at obnoxious times (they were constantly waking up the kids), I told them to remove our names and numbers off their list.
Here's a tip: If they say they don't know who is calling, or want to know any personal information form you - do NOT give it. They can SEE your number when you call them back. They KNOW who you are. If you give them your personal information, it is a legal loophole that says they can sell and forward your information to someone else.
If they claim you owe them money, ask for proof via a certified letter in the mail. Give them the address of a place you don't live, like a PO Box. If you do not receive anything in the mail, then don't worry about it.
I tell everyone this: Check your credit scores! If it's not listed on your credit score, it's a scam!
This number, listed as belonging to Vitelity, Inc., has called me numerous times. I have never asked them to call me, nor have I had any type of dealings with them. I have reported their number to the Federal "Do Not Call List" each time, but they still call me. When I answered the phone today, a recording came on trying to sell me windows or some such thing and I hung up. This company obviously does not care that it is breaking several laws. I intend to report the company to the New Jersey Department of Consumer Affairs and urge anyone else who is experiencing the same problem as I am to do the same. I guess the company won't stop their illegal calls until the government takes action against them.
I just got a phone call from the vitelity llc at about 4:30 pm it was a recording saying I could get health insurance for $5.00 a day I was suspicious when it say I should press one to speak with a rep. so I just hang up. I researched their name and found all these thing written about them I hope they will never call me again.
I have been receiving calls from this company and the most upsetting thing is they call you anytime they want. I never answered though but today for some reason I did and a lady told me I won a scholarship. I hung up right there and then
They just called me as well. I was on the other line with a friend at the time and didn't click over in time. It still showed up on the caller ID though so I looked this up when I got off with her. Thank you for posting this as it helped to find out more about them! I will know now when they call again to just ignore them!
I also got a phone call from Vitelity LLC today. The number that called me was 919-238-7188. The lady said I am calling you to help you with your job search. She called me on my work cell phone while I was at work. I asked her what job is in regards to because I am currently at work and then she hung up. I could barely hear or understand her.
Yeah , I just got a call from them a few minutes ago. I'd never heard of them before and it's # was 702-836-6092 (Nevada (primarily serves Henderson, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas)). I didn't answer it and they didn't leave a message.

I just got a phone call from Vitelity, LLC. in Creve Coeur, Missouri this morning saying that they were a travel company and were calling about a drawing form that I "filled out possibly in the mall". I haven't been to the area mall in over a year and i know i didn't fill anything out anywhere. Told the woman that she needed to delete me from the system. Supposedly she will.
Her number is 314-594-5317 just in case there is someone else.
these CONS called me at 7:40am this morning! they have been calling for days harassing me. when I call the number back I get a ghetto black woman.
they just called me. I didn't answer and they left no message. I don't give out any info anyway, but thanks for the info on these losers. Sounds like they're looking for a sucker.
Just got three calls from this number the first time some kids in the background was cruising up a stem and the person on the call was asking if I had a 1989 ford windstar van and asking about my warranty. The make and model are correct but the year was wrong. Plus my app popped up saying suspected spam so I hung up. Five minutes later they call back again asking about my warranty again this time with a different year for my vehicle. I hung up once more. The third time the woman had a serious attitude saying that I have to verify the information with her and that I have to stop hanging up the phone. Um. ...... what?! I let into het about the cursing the wrong information, the fact that I searched the number on my app, and how this isn't the first occurrence that this "company" had harassed me saying that I requested this information and that I had to give them my personal information when THEY called ME. I told her that if it happens again I will be reporting themand that I need to be removed from their list. This is now the fourth time I've blocked their numbers they seem to have multiple numbers they call from.
Received a call yesterday 3/11/16 in the afternoon.I was not home at the time and my wife answered.She was told to have me call 718-873-9187 and it was from the U.S.Treasury Dept.Checked it out was phony.Did not call for sure.
I have received phone calls from this company saying , this is IRS-they are going to arrest you so you need to call this number to get this taken care of---number I received is 801-820-2023 --got call last week saying same thing-different person--
This number has called me twice a day (morning and evening) and never leaves a message. Through a quick Google search I found this thread and thank goodness I read it before I called back. I have no debt, no creditors... I am very ticked off by how these companies get our cell phone numbers and use them for scamming purposes. UGH! Best of luck to the rest of you with these calls! OH! And in Ohio - the number is 216-619-7927 for tis Vitelity LLC!
Just received a phone call from this so called company. They wanted to know if we owned any property in Florida. Then they hung up quickly. These other comments have been very helpful. I know now that they are not legit

1/17/2017 and they are still scamming. Current number s 201-455-6264 . Did not answer, no message left. Blocked it. Appears they have been in the scamming business for at least 5 years. Apparently "reporting" them is a waste of time. Must be using spoofed numbers.
2-2-2017 got a call from 410 205 2135 said I won or will receive Disney trip for 5 days ec, They asked question that needed a "yes " answers I think I was scammed and then he passed me onto another female who couldn't understand me and then she hung up on me , maybe a scam John
Number in Oregon is 503-488-6778. Didn't answer but tried to call back and it was busy. Will block this number. No message was left and do not know who in the world are these people. Disappointed that this is allowed to continue.
State of Oregon. 503-488-6778. Called twice in a row. Home phone. Caller ID VITELITY LLC. Like other posters, I don't have debt. Know I don't owe anyone money. 1st call, left VM, need to talk to the person in charge of my household to discuss my debit card that was hacked. Left a above phone # matching Caller ID. My debit card is just fine. Then 8 minutes later, called back. Breathing on the VM but said nothing and hung up. Just ridiculous. I didn't bite. Not calling back.
